Caseworker

I am looking for a dedicated part-time caseworker (3 days per week) to join my team in Cynon Valley. The post will be based in my Aberdare office.

The ideal candidate will have experience within casework, advocacy or advice & guidance roles and an excellent standard of customer service. The role will involve dealing with queries from constituents, keeping a log of cases dealt with, holding surgeries throughout the constituency, analysing patterns of queries and knowledge of Data Protection and confidentiality.

Salary: In line with IPSA pay scales.
