I am currently looking for a part-time caseworker to join my team in my Aberdare constituency office.

The ideal candidate will have experience within casework, advocacy or advice & guidance roles and an excellent standard of customer service. The role will involve dealing with queries from constituents, keeping a log of cases dealt with, holding surgeries throughout the constituency, analysing patterns of queries, knowledge of Data Protection and confidentiality.

The post will be based in my constituency office in Aberdare.
